Electrotherm Group acquired the business activities and the ShenPaz brand of products from ShenPaz Industries in January 2010. ShenPaz maintains an independent identity under the Electrotherm Group. 

ShenPaz's highly professional team enhances ours and the merger is expected to position Electrotherm Group as a leading provider of thermal solutions in a vast array of new markets.
